Refundable Security Deposit: RM 1000.00
Rental Duration:  7 Days,
Availability: Advance order of 3 - 5 working days are required to get the Helium Balloon Gas Tank ready only after confirmation order of RM 500.00 (Rental Rate) + RM 1000.00 (Security Deposit)  is received.
Note: No refund of RM 500.00 (Rental Rate) will be made if you do not wish to proceed with the rental of the Helium Balloon Gas Tank. Only the Security Deposit of RM 1000.00 will be refunded. 
Delivery:  Please contact us directly.

You can keep the Helium Balloon Gas Tank for 10 days with no additional fees. After the 10th day, RM 15.00 will be charged per day until the tank is returned. The Helium Balloon Gas Tank is to be returned to the store at Subang Square.

If the Helium Balloon Gas Tank is kept for more than 10 days, a holding fee of RM 15.00 per day will apply.

Upon receiving the Helium Balloon Gas Tank, we will check for defects and issue refund of the security deposit via online banking within 2 - 4 working days. We will refund through interbank transfer (Maybank) and not physical cash refund. 


IMPORTANT NOTICE (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)

Any damage to the Helium Balloon Gas Cylinder Tank or found to be broken or faulty upon return, an additional RM 500.00 will be charged and will be deducted from the security deposit.

If the Helium Balloon Gas Cylinder Tank is missing during your possession or damaged beyond repair, the RM 1000.00 security deposit will NOT be refunded and is totally forfeited.

We regret that the above  is non negotiable.
